There are extensive outbuildings currently arranged as a garage, feedstore / tackroom, workshop & store, a former boathouse and three stables.
The outbuildings are grouped around a small concrete / block paved yard bounded by the buildings and fences. There is lighting and water in the yard with outdoor power sockets.
There are three modern stables in a block at the south end of the outbuildings opening onto the concrete yard area. Stables have half stable doors with lights inside and are of solid concrete block construction. These measure approximately 3.66m(12’0) x 3.58m(11’9).
Adjacent to the stables in the same block are two older pony stables which have had solid doors fitted to be used as a feed store and tackroom. Overall these measure approximately 4.72m(15’6”) x 4.42m(14’6”) and are separated by a wooden partition which could be easily removed if required. These are currently used for storage and electric lighting is fitted.
At the end of the main block of buildings is a garage opening into the main yard beside the cottage; tri fold doors give access to a garage which is approximately a double garage size at about 6.40m(21’0”) x 4.72m(15’6”). The garage has power and lights; a workbench with storage under and some cupboards are currently fitted.
Also next to the yard is another modern concrete block building, originally built to house two stables and and feed store area. This building has had the internal wooden subdivisions removed and has most recently been used as a workshop and store for Beverley Boat Hire; power, wiring for internet access and lighting is fitted. Internal dimensions are approximately 6.2m x 4.3m.
In the garden there is a former boathouse, constructed of brick with a tiled roof. This is supplied with power, lighting and internet from the cottage – this has recently been used as an office / store.
